Our team at Fekra Events is thrilled to announce our successful endeavor as the event organizer for the exclusive annual gala dinner at Marriott. This prestigious event, held exclusively for VIP members of the Bonvoy Marriott Loyalty program, was a night of elegance and enchantment with a captivating theme – the wild garden.
Transforming the event hall at the Marriott Diplomatic Quarter into a mesmerizing oasis posed a thrilling challenge for our dedicated team. We meticulously designed and executed stunning photo zones, adorned with flower arches and ceiling decorations that created an immersive experience. With over 200 real big tree plants strategically placed, the ambiance was nothing short of breathtaking.
The true reward for our tireless efforts came in the form of sheer delight on the faces of the esteemed guests. Their amazement and awe were a testament to the countless hours we poured into crafting every detail of this extraordinary event.
To complement the enchanting atmosphere, our team designed custom costumes for the event’s hostesses, infused with vibrant spring colors and adorned with delicate flowers. Every element, from the exquisitely styled menu to the carefully curated giveaways, was crafted to reflect the unique essence of the wild garden theme.
