What should I include in my brief? +
Start with your event objectives, format, city, venue if confirmed, dates, approximate guest count and the services you need. Include an indicative budget when available.
Can you support only one part of the event? +
Yes. We can discuss a defined scope, such as exhibition production, event design, AV, visual content or operational support, as well as an integrated event brief.
Where do you work? +
We cover Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the GCC, Egypt, Georgia and Europe. Share your event city, venue and dates so we can assess the delivery arrangements for your brief.
How is the proposal prepared? +
We establish the scope, timing, production requirements and commercial assumptions from your brief. The proposal then sets out the relevant deliverables and costs.
